We recently visited Disney Springs and stopped at Goofy’s Candy Company to try the new holiday Mickey cookie sandwich!

The Mickey Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich is made of two Mickey-shaped chocolate cookies sandwiched with peppermint chocolate chip-flavored buttercream frosting and topped with a fondant holly leaf.
It was also available for $7.79 via Mobile Order.

The chocolate cookies were super soft and fresh — so soft, in fact, that they were falling apart!

The buttercream frosting was served cold and it had a sweet peppermint flavor. The chocolate chips paired nicely with the peppermint!

The little Christmas holly leaf decoration was an adorable touch, too. We’re a fan!
Overall, it was not a particularly exciting holiday treat, but we enjoyed it — so if you like a classic peppermint and chocolate flavor combo, you might want to give it a try.
