Bruce Springsteen Visits Jeremy Allen White on the Set of ‘Deliver Me From Nowhere’
The Boss himself paid a visit to Jeremy Allen White on the set of Deliver Me Fron Nowhere, the upcoming Bruce Springsteen biopic that will focus on the creation of the album Nebraska.
Written and directed by Scott Cooper, the film will highlight a particularly crucial time in Springsteen’s life.
“Beginning production on this film is an incredibly humbling and thrilling journey. Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Nebraska’ has profoundly shaped my artistic vision,” Cooper explained.
“The album’s raw, unvarnished portrayal of life’s trials and resilience resonates deeply with me. Our film aims to capture that same spirit, bringing Warren Zanes’ compelling narrative of Bruce’s life to the screen with authenticity and hope, honoring Bruce’s legacy in a transformative cinematic experience.”
Springsteen on Set
Both Springsteen and his longtime manager, Jon Landau, have been closely involved in the production of Deliver Me From Nowhere.
Yesterday, Springsteen even stopped by the film’s set and was photographed talking to White. The two were spotted hugging and examining some of the classic cars used in the film.
The meeting of the minds comes just days after Disney released a first look at White as Springsteen.
“It is a once-in-a-lifetime honor to be collaborating with Bruce Springsteen, an inspiring and incomparable artist who represents so much to so many,” Disney Live Action and 20th Century Studios president David Greenbaum said earlier this year. “The deep authenticity of his story is in great hands with my friend Scott Cooper whom I am thrilled to be collaborating with once again.”
Deliver Me From Nowhere will hit theaters next year.
