Disney Entertainment Co-Chairman Dana Walden Receives PGA Milestone Award
The Producers Guild of America (PGA) announced earlier today that Dana Walden, Disney Entertainment’s co-chairman, will receive the prestigious Milestone Award at the 36th annual PGA Awards held on February 8th.

Known for her positive impact and contributions to the entertainment industry, Walden will be celebrated for her dynamic leadership, influential career, and her role in shaping the television industry.

Career Path
Dana Walden has an established career defined by her visionary leadership and commitment to storytelling excellence. Before joining Disney, she served as CEO of Fox Television Group, overseeing 20th Century Fox Television and Fox Broadcasting Company.
She helped guide and drive these studios to produce numerous iconic and award-winning series.

Currently, she leads Disney’s global television portfolio and shares oversight of its streaming services, including Hulu and Disney+.
In addition, she co-runs alongside Platform Distribution, Technology, and Ad Sales.
Walden’s Achievements
PGA Presidents Stephanie Allain and Donald De Line praised Walden’s achievements and acknowledged that “Her leadership has had a major impact on the business.”
Walden expressed gratitude for the honor, attributing her success to partnerships with talented producers and colleagues, especially those at The Walt Disney Company.

Walden will be honored with Chris Meledandri, CEO of Illumination, who is set to receive the David O. Selznick Achievement Award. The ceremony will take place at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
