Disney Debuts New Collection to Honor Veterans and Military Families
Disney has long admired and respected the military and their families, and this month is no exception!
November is National Veterans and Military Families Month, a celebration established in 1996 to honor the extraordinary service and sacrifice of U.S. military personnel and their families.
In honor of those who served, Disney has dropped a new collection of military-inspired merchandise.
This year’s collection includes four items: a T-shirt, a Spirit Jersey, a water bottle, and a baseball cap. They are available at select locations at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
New Military-Inspired Offerings
Check out the new offerings below.
Each new item features a specially designed camouflage pattern called “Mickeyflage.” Make sure you look closely, as there are plenty of hidden Mickeys throughout.
Are you ready to update your collection with these limited-edition finds? The military-inspired items are available in:
- Emporium at Magic Kingdom
- Creations Shop at EPCOT
- Mickey’s of Hollywood at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- World of Disney at Disney Springs in Florida
- Emporium at Disneyland Park
- Elias & Co. at Disney California Adventure Park
- World of Disney at Downtown Disney in California
Long-Standing Partnership
This is just one of many ways that Disney honors and respects military service members, veterans, and their families. This partnership dates back over 100 years, and the tradition continues today.
Since 2012, Disney has contributed over $20 million to nonprofit organizations that support veterans and military families. Thank you to all who served.
