Walt Disney World is beginning to preview the upcoming holiday season, and we here at MickeyBlog could not be more excited!
Earlier today, we brought you the exciting news that Christmas decorations had gone up at Magic Kingdom, the gingerbread house is complete at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, and Diwali decorations had arrived at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Now, however, I want to turn your attention to Disney Springs, where Disney has plenty of fun festivities planned this holiday season!
Nightly Snowfall
If you are dreaming of a white Christmas this year, then Disney Springs is the place for you!
Every night at sundown, “snow” begins to fall on Disney Springs Town Center. The magical winter wonderland is then recreated every half hour.

You won’t want to miss it.
Meet St. Nick at Santa’s Marketplace
From November 8 through December 23, 2024, guests can meet old Saint Nick himself at Disney Springs.
Santa plans to set up shop at the old Star Wars Trading Post, which recently closed. There, young guests can tell Santa their Christmas wish in person.

A virtual queue will be in place for the Santa’s Marketplace experience, reducing the time guests spend in line!
Festive Live Entertainment
Disney Springs will come to life again this year with nightly live entertainment.
According to Disney, this year, guests will be able to catch stilt walkers and a rollerblade duo roaming the Town Center, find Santa Sleigh DJ spreading the spirit of the season in the Marketplace, and enjoy dazzling displays throughout Disney Springs.
Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll
Last but certainly not least, we have the 2024 Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll.
Guests visiting Disney Springs between November 8 and December 30 can enjoy a festive jaunt full of elaborately themed Christmas Trees.

Disney is also promising some surprises for guests with a MagicBand+ this year.
The holiday season will officially kick off on November 8 at Disney Springs. I can’t wait!
