NEW Spaceship Earth Gingerbread Display Coming Soon to EPCOT!
It’s officially the holiday season in Disney World! Decorations are going up in the parks and resorts, merchandise is out, and holiday parties are selling out.

We just learned about some exciting holiday festivities happening in EPCOT, let’s talk about it!
Gingerbread Spaceship Earth
A gingerbread Spaceship Earth is coming soon to EPCOT! The brand new creation will be in CommuniCore Hall starting November 29th.

The EPCOT Festival Team and Walt Disney Imagineering teamed up with the EPCOT Pastry Team to create an 8-foot-tall gingerbread display of the park icon, which took over 160 hours!

The gingerbread Spaceship Earth will even light up and dance to music!

The sphere is made up of almost a thousand handcrafted gingerbread triangles to mirror the real Spaceship Earth. There are 240 pounds of honey dough, 100 eggs, 100 ounces lebkuchen spice, 55 pounds dark chocolate, and 100 pounds royal icing.

There are also 11 hidden Mickeys to represent the 11 countries of the World Showcase! Think you can find them all?
