Avengers Campus to Add More ‘The Amazing Spider-Man!’ Shows This November
Part of the joy of visiting the Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure is feeling like you are walking into a living, breathing locale in the Marvel universe.
The story of Avengers Campus comes to life not just through the land’s attractions but also through the interactive character experiences that pepper the land.
There is perhaps no better example of this than The Amazing Spider–Man!, the breathtaking stunt show performed throughout the day.
‘The Amazing Spider-Man!’
Since debuting at Avengers Campus in 2021, the Spider-Man “stuntronic” has wowed guests by swinging high above the land and gracefully performing gymnastics in mid-air.

If you have ever seen Spidey leaping across the top of Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure, then you know just how amazing the performance is.
Developed by Walt Disney Imagineering, the amazing animatronic was created as part of the Stuntronics Project. A marvel (get it?) of engineering, the figure can perform aerial somersaults, backflips, and strike poses as he soars high above Avengers Campus.

More Performances Are Coming
According to Disneyland officials (via the OC Register), Spider-Man will perform his high-flying heroics more frequently beginning November 17. That date coincides with the kickoff of the holiday season at the Happiest Place on Earth.

The addition of more showings of The Amazing Spider-Man! shows that Disney understands what makes Avengers Campus so special to Marvel fans. Hopefully, we will continue to see investment in the live performances and character interactions that bring the land to life.
