VIDEO: Two Barges Crashed During a Performance of ‘Fantasmic!’
Friday night’s performance of Fantasmic! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios did not go exactly according to plan. Luckily, thanks to the performers’ skill and dedication, no one was injured, and the show continued.
A TikTok shared by @Disney.dinks2 of the October 25 Fantasmic! captured the moment that two barges crashed into one another.

One barge was carrying Belle and The Beast, while the other was toting Ariel and Prince Eric.
The Show Went On
Belle and Beast were dancing to “Beauty and the Beast” when the barges collided, knocking the princess down. Eventually, however, she was able to stand back up with a helpful hand from her partner.

As the performance continued, “Part of Your World” began to play. Both couples then froze in place as the boats maneuvered around each other. From there, the show continued as planned.
In the end, the collision was a minor mishap, and thankfully, no one was hurt.

As the barges sailed off, fans erupted in applause for the performers. It was a magical moment made out of a near-disaster.
