Disney World’s New Buffalo Fries Are a Hit — For One Particular Reason

Disney recently released 7 new fry dishes, with flavors such BBQ, garlic, chocolate, and more. We’ve already tried the Street Corn Fries, the BBQ Fries, and the Cuban Fries, and now we’re back with more fries!

We visited ABC Commissary in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to try the Buffalo Fries for $6.49. They’re also available at Backlot Express and Rosie’s All-American Cafe.

Right off the bat, we were a fan before we even tasted them. Why? We’ll give you two words. STEAK. FRIES.
Traditional park fries are fine and all, but steak fries are often tastier (in our opinion) and a nice change-up from the other new fry dishes we’ve tried.

These fries were seasoned well and cooked perfectly — soft inside and crispy on the edges.

If you’ve ever had the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich at ABC Commissary, these fries are very similar — it’s actually the same buffalo sauce!
Despite there not being a ton of sauce on the fries, there was a good spicy kick that lingered.

They also had just the right amount of blue cheese drizzle, which can sometimes overpower a dish.
Combined with the buffalo sauce, these fries were ✨chef’s kiss.✨
