The Answers to All Your Lightning Lane Premier Pass Questions
Earlier today, Disney introduced the new Lightning Lane Premier Pass. Available later this month at Walt Disney World and Disneyland, the new pass allows guests to access every Lightning Lane attraction at a specific park.
A new wrinkle in the Disney Lightning Lane system, the arrival of the Premier Pass has been accompanied by both excitement and a little confusion. Earlier today, we brought you a list of the Walt Disney World resorts that will offer the Lightning Lane Premier Pass and a list of all the attractions included in the pass.

Now, however, I want to address some of the most frequently asked questions about the new Lightning Lane Premier Pass at Disney World.
Let’s get started.
What is the Difference Between the Premier Pass and other Lightning Lane Options?
The biggest difference between the new Lightning Lane Premier Pass and its predecessors is that the new pass gives guests a one-time entry to every available Lightning Lane experience in the park of their choosing.
The Lightning Lane Muli Pass, meanwhile, allows guests to reserve up to three attractions at a time, while the Single Pass is an a la carte experience.

Additionally, guests using a Lightning Lane Premier Pass do not need to pre-schedule an arrival window. Instead, they can show up to an attraction at their convenience.
How Much Does the Lightning Lane Premier Pass Cost?
The Lightning Lane Premier Pass will utilize dynamic pricing, meaning that the cost will vary based on the date and the park guests choose. Pricing will initially range between $129 and $449 per person, per park, per day.

Are Standby Lines Still an Option?
Outside of virtual queue attractions such as Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, traditional standby lines are not going anywhere!

Lightning Lane vs Standby Line
The new Premier Pass allows guests to skip traditional queues. However, it is not required to enjoy any of Walt Disney World’s attractions.
After Purchasing a Lightning Lane Premier Pass, Can I View or Modify It?
The short answer is yes. Guests can view or modify their pass in the My Disney Experience app by tapping the Lightning Lane Premier Pass section on the home screen.
From there, they can view details about their pass — including their selected theme park, date, and travel party. They can also modify the date or theme park.

It should be noted, however, that the ability to modify your Lightning Lane Premier Pass is subject to availability, and the passes are not refundable or transferable.
What Are the Photo Perks Included With the Lightning Lane Premier Pass?
Guests who purchase a Lightning Lane Premier Pass will also receive digital downloads of select attraction photos and videos from their day in the park through the Disney PhotoPass Service.

Additionally, they will be able to unlock Disney PhotoPass Lenses, which let you transform your photos with Disney-themed, augmented-reality effects.
Can I use a Lightning Lane Premier Pass at More Than One Park?
Unlike Disneyland’s Premier Pass, the new Walt Disney World Lightning Lane Premier Pass is limited to one park for one day.

Cinderella Castle
After choosing their park, guests will get a one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane entrance. These options are subject to availability.
A New Era Has Arrived
