Boost by Kroger Plus Members Can Now Get Disney+ or Hulu For FREE
Kroger and Disney have reached a new agreement to add Disney’s streaming services to the list of Boost by Kroger Plus perks.
As part of Disney’s latest wholesale agreement, Kroger customers with a $99-a-year Boost membership can access Disney’s streaming services for free. Those with a $59 annual plan get six months of streaming.

There is, however, one catch.
Kroger Plus Members Must Chose ONE Streaming Service
Boost by Kroger Plus members must choose ONE streaming service from the Disney collection. Their options include Hulu with ads, Disney Plus Basic (with ads), or ad-based ESPN Plus.

The new benefit applies to new and returning US subscribers over the age of 18. To qualify, customers must pay for their Boost membership yearly, not monthly.
Finally, customers who subscribe to Disney’s streaming services but want to take advantage of the Boost offer must let their subscription lapse before re-signing up.

Disney’s Streaming Strategy
In an increasingly competitive streaming environment, Disney has turned to wholesale agreements and brand partnerships to increase its subscriber base.
Over the last year, Disney has reached similar agreements with Verizon, Charter Spectrum, and Rogers TV.

With Disney now successfully reaching profitability in streaming and its costs significantly reduced, the company seemingly has a clear path forward.
