NEW Villains Parade & More Halloween Offerings at Tokyo Disney Resort!
It’s officially October, everyone! This is, in my opinion, the most exciting month of the year because spooky season is in full swing.
Over at Disney World and Disneyland, we’ve seen festive decorations in the theme parks, and Halloween parties are happening. But, it’s not just the parks in the U.S. that get to enjoy the Halloween fun — Tokyo Disney Resort is also celebrating the season!
Halloween at Tokyo Disney Resort
Disney Villains Parade
A brand-new daytime parade is happening at Tokyo Disneyland featuring the Disney Villains! It’s happening from October 1st through November 7th this year.
You can see Maleficent, Jafar, Ursula, Cruella De Vil, and more Disney Villains during the “The Villains’ Halloween ‘Into the Frenzy'” parade. It won’t only be villains, though — Mickey and friends are in the parade, too!
The parade makes its way through the park with three different stops — the Westernland and Fantasyland area, the Plaza, and again in the Tomorrowland and Toontown area. Each stop starts with a welcoming performance by the villains, including music and dancing for all.
There is also a grand finale complete with special affects!
Returning Entertainment
Mickey and Friends are returning in “Disney Halloween Greeting” at Mediterranean Harbor in Tokyo DisneySea! And, the fireworks show, “Night High Halloween,” takes over the sky at both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea this Halloween season.
Festive Décor
The Disney Villains are bringing some sinister decor to the parks! At Tokyo Disneyland, thorns and drapery are up in the park, the Mickey flower bed has a new Halloween-themed look, and Toontown is covered in pumpkins and ghosts.
At Tokyo DisneySea, the Mediterranean Harbor and American Waterfront have some festive decorations, too! As night falls over the lands, the jack-o’-lanterns illuminate, causing a dark and eerie ambience to take over.
The Nightmare Before Christmas at Haunted Mansion
Haunted Mansion at Tokyo Disneyland gets a special seasonal makeover for Halloween! The Nightmare Before Christmas has taken over the attraction from now through January 13th, 2025, so go and check out Jack, Sally, Zero, and more at Haunted Mansion “Holiday Nightmare”

There are some spooky snacks at Tokyo Disney Resort for the Halloween Season! You can grab the Special Buns with teriyaki chicken and potato with bacon filling…

And, in Tokyo Disneyland, there are special sets inspired by Disney Villains, including Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty at Eastside Cafe and the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Plaza Pavilion Restaurant.
