Moana Officially Becomes an American Girl Doll
Kirsten, Samantha, Felicity — how many of you grew up with an American Girl Doll?
What started in 1986 as a small company with a few historical characters and matching books evolved into an inspiring world of dolls, content, and offerings. These dolls encourage every girl’s spirit and character.
American Girl fans are excited for the newest doll to arrive in the collection, and she is coming soon! Moana has officially become an American Girl doll.
American Girl Moana Doll
Courageous and determined, fans can celebrate this Disney character with the new 18-inch doll featuring long black hair and brown eyes.
Designed in collaboration with Disney, the new doll is moveable and poseable.
Moana wears a cream-colored cotton sleeveless top with a floral print, brown macrame trim, faux cowrie shells, and feathery gathered trim detail along the strap and neckline.
She looks beautiful in her red woven cotton skirt with a gathered sash waistband, die-cut trim, tassels along the hem, and an attached printed faux-grass skirt.
Moana also has a pendant necklace that opens to reveal a sea star like the one she receives from her little sister (who we meet in Moana 2).
Are you ready to get your new Moana Doll? She is available for pre-order on November 27.
American Girl
American Girl is known for its rich backstories and historical connections, which are brought to life through its dolls and stories. Moana’s courage, kindness, and strength make her a perfect addition to the collection.
