Nighttime Entertainment Canceled at EPCOT & Hollywood Studios Due to Hurricane Helene
Bad weather is never super fun when you’re in Disney World! Unfortunately, a hurricane is currently approaching Florida and causing some cancellations at the resort.
And, while the theme parks are open, we just found out about some more cancellations.
Nighttime Entertainment Canceled
Due to the approaching Hurricane Helene, nighttime entertainment offerings have been canceled at Disney World.
Luminous The Symphony of Us at EPCOT, as well as Fantasmic! and the Wonderful World of Animation at Hollywood Studios have all been canceled. They have been removed from the entertainment schedule online.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party was also supposed to take place tonight over at Magic Kingdom but has been canceled due to the storm, so there weren’t any fireworks happening over at the park tonight either way.
Hurricane Helene is currently a major Category 3 hurricane expected to make landfall on Florida’s Big Bend tonight. Both Orange and Osceola Counties, where Disney World is located, are under states of emergency. You can find out more about the storm right here.
