‘The Wonderful World of Disney’ Announces Fall 2024 Lineup
The Wonderful World of Disney is set to return to ABC this fall, giving fans the opportunity to enjoy some of Disney’s biggest films on Sunday nights.
Originally debuting in 1954 as Walt Disney’s Disneyland, the Disney anthology series is the second longest-running prime-time program in television history.
When the series returns to ABC beginning October 6, The Wonderful World of Disney will show both classic Disney films and some of the studio’s newest creations.
Here is what fans have to look forward to.
The Fall Schedule
The 2024-2025 season of The Wonderful World of Disney will air Sunday nights at 8:01 PM ET. The current schedule includes:
- Sunday, October 6: The Little Mermaid (2023)
- Sunday, October 13: Haunted Manion (2023)

Spooky Films and Broadcast Premieres
As you can see, the upcoming season of The Wonderful World of Disney features an eclectic mix of films. Leading up to Halloween, Disney will air some of its spookier stories before transitioning to other classics.
