I’m talking about classic Mickey Beignets at Disney’s Port Orleans – French Quarter, Tonga Toast at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and even the ooey-gooey Housemade Macaroni & Cheese you’ll find over at Gasparilla Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

To test out today’s iconic Disney World snack, we headed over to Disney’s Pop Century Resort for a popular and eye-catching dessert. Let’s check it out!
Tie-Dyed Cheesecake Is A Colorful Treat
At Disney’s Pop Century Resort, COLOR is the name of the game with the Tie-dyed Cheesecake. You’ll find a vibrant rainbow of colors throughout the resort… including one of its most iconic treats!
Before we get into it, however, we have to share what it USED to look like.

The Tie-dyed Cheesecake used to come in a small plastic cup. This made it easily portable, but a smaller portion size.

However, alongside the ongoing construction at Everything Pop Shopping & Dining, we just discovered a BIG change!
Available in the cooler at Everything Pop Shopping and Dining, the Tie-dyed Cheesecake now looks like this.

It was a pretty big change — but definitely a glow-up.

The original tie-dyed confection featured a layer of red velvet cake topped with thick and creamy cheesecake, and we think this is the same recipe — just served differently.
In fact, we may prefer it served this way!
