The Best Shopping Spots in Walt Disney World and Disney Springs
Walt Disney World is more than just meeting your favorite characters and experiencing immersive attractions. It is also a great place to shop!
Disney World boasts plenty of unique souvenirs, trendy apparel, collectibles, and more.
Whether you’re looking for the perfect souvenir or a special gift for a Disney fan, the resort offers a number of excellent stores and boutiques filled with specialty items.
Let’s take a closer look at a few of Disney World’s best merchandise locations and shopping spots.
World of Disney – Disney Springs
This is one of my go-to’s! Not only is it the largest Disney store in the world, but the World of Disney is a fun experience for any Disney fan.
It carries everything you can possibly think of, including apparel, home décor, plush, and limited-edition items.
There is something for everyone. The inventory is constantly rotating, so you’ll always find something new when you visit.
MickeyBog Tip: This store is big, and it can get crowded. To avoid long checkout lines, save time by downloading the My Disney Experience app and using Merchandise Mobile Checkout.
Emporium – Magic Kingdom
Located on Main Street, U.S.A., the Emporium is the Magic Kingdom’s most iconic store. It features turn-of-the-century themes, vintage charm, and great merchandise through a series of interconnected shops.
Its location makes it easy to pop in at the beginning or end of your day, and I love the selection of clothing, toys, pins, and classic Disney souvenirs.
It’s the perfect spot to grab souvenirs and gifts, as well as park essentials like ponchos or sunscreen.
MickeyBog Tip: I like to shop during the afternoon parade or even the fireworks—it is much less crowded, and there are few to no lines.
Disney’s Days of Christmas- DIsney Springs
Celebrate the holidays every day! This fantastic holiday store is located in the Marketplace at Disney Springs and features delightful music, smiling cast members, and excellent merchandise.
The location features multiple rooms filled with colorful decor, stockings, plush, and more! I love the fun selection of Disney-themed Christmas, Hanukkah, and winter holiday merchandise!
MickeyBog Tip: For a small fee, you can personalize your ornaments for a one-of-a-kind gift. Talented personalization artists at Disney’s Days of Christmas carefully hand-paint details onto select ornaments for a special, customizable gift!
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – Black Spire Outpost-Hollywood Studios
For Star Wars fans, a visit to Black Spire Outpost in Galaxy’s Edge is like stepping into another world.
Shop for clothing, accessories, and more to outfit yourself for a galactic adventure at this local tailor’s clothing shop. My favorite part? Everything in this land is an immersive experience.
Be sure to stop by for unique Star Wars merchandise that you can’t get anywhere else in the parks.
MickeyBog Tip: There is a lot to see and do here. One of my favorite things to do after shopping is grab the famed Blue Milk (or green milk) from the Milk Stand.
Creations Shop– EPCOT
Creations Shop is one of the largest stores in EPCOT and is located in World Celebration.
The merchandise location is conveniently located near the front of the park, making it an excellent stop for souvenirs and daily essentials.
This is a one-stop shop for all your favorite Disney merchandise, including Mickey ears, Spirit Jerseys, and character plushies. I also stop here to check out the current festival merchandise.
MickeyBog Tip: Visit earlier in the day to browse with fewer crowds. World Showcase tends to get busier as the day goes on.
The Art of Disney – Disney Springs
The Art of Disney is located in the Marketplace at DIsney Springs and is an often-overlooked boutique that I love to visit.
It showcases stunning Disney artwork, sculptures, and collectibles, featuring your Disney faves and magical Disney moments.
The art ranges from original sketches to paintings, framed prints, and more. This is the perfect location for finding something special to add to your collection.
MickeyBog Tip: Many of the talented artists featured in the store make appearances and meet and greet with fans. Ask a cast member about upcoming events and details.
Memento Mori – Magic Kingdom
You will be a happy haunt after shopping at Memento Mori in Liberty Square. Located right outside the Haunted Mansion, this spooky, themed shop offers Haunted Mansion merchandise, including home décor, costumes, and even limited-edition items.
The best part is the eerie atmosphere and theming, which create an exciting and spooky shopping experience for anyone who loves Haunted Mansion.
MickeyBog Tip: Keep your eyes open! Madame Leota and “spirits” materialize throughout the shop.
