Located across from Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square, Sleepy Hollow Refreshments is home to one of Disney World’s MOST ICONIC snacks: the Mickey Waffle!

If the current version of Sleepy Hollow’s fan-favorite Mickey Waffle looks a little different than you’re used to, that’s because IT IS.
The popular sweet snack has recently undergone a bit of a revamp, but even with the changes, this delicious treat is still well-deserving of its ICON status.

The current, Mickey-shaped iteration comes in two variations.
You’ll choose between the Berries, Powdered Sugar, and Whipped Cream version and the Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread, Bananas, and Whipped Cream version.
New Sleepy Hollow Menu
No matter which toppings you choose, they’ll come on a generously sized waffle that’s quite a bit thicker and sturdier than the previous version.

The outside of the waffle is perfectly crispy and adds the perfect amount of crunch. Meanwhile, the inside of the waffle is fabulously fluffy and perfectly sweet!
