Everything NEW & Returning to Jollywood Nights Just Announced by Disney!
The holiday season will be arriving soon at Disney World! Yep, it’s only September, but Disney is already looking ahead to the holidays with some exciting upcoming events like after hours parties.

Disney Jollywood Nights is returning to Hollywood Studios this holiday season on select nights from November 9th to December 21st. It’s a separately ticketed after hours event that combines the glitz and glam of Hollywood with the holiday season.

And, Disney just released a bunch of new details about this year’s parties!
New & Returning to Jollywood Nights 2024
“Glisten!” — An All-New Skating Spectacular
A brand new ice skating show will be coming to Jollywood Nights this year! “Glisten!” will take place right on Hollywood Boulevard.

This show will happen several times each night and feature international champion skaters as they perform routines set to a holiday soundtrack that includes original songs and Disney favorites like “Be Our Guest” and “When You Wish Upon A Star.” How exciting!
Photo Ops & Characters
Disney PhotoPass digital photos and videos are included as part of your Disney Jollywood Nights ticket! There will be festive photo ops and character encounters all around the park.

Disney mentioned there will be photo ops on ABC Commissary Lane, Echo Lake, a camera array near Animation Courtyard, and even a behind the scenes photo op from The Muppets Christmas Carol inside the Stage 1 Company Store! This new addition means the store will be open and as a huge Muppets Christmas Carol fan, I’m super excited.

Also new this year to the event is that The Mandalorian will be out in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and there will be fun photo moments with Bo Peep and Lotso in Toy Story Land. And, you can hang with Phineas and Ferb or catch Santa Stitch and Santa Duffy spreading holiday cheer in their festive gear!
Disney Holidays in Hollywood
Disney Holiday in Hollywood will be returning to the party this year! This is like a variety show where contemporary jazz flair meets the classic charm of vintage Hollywood over at the Theater of the Stars.

The show is hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, who are ready to put on a spectacular show featuring special appearances from characters like Tiana, Belle, Minnie Mouse, and Mickey Mouse. They will be performing to holiday hits!
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along
Also returning to the party this year is the Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along at the Hyperion Theater! You will join two friends as they explore the film, guiding you through iconic scenes set to the soundtrack.

This isn’t your ordinary sing-along, though — you might just see Jack Skellington or Oogie Boogie make a surprise appearance!
New and Returning Dance Parties
An all-new Pixar-themed dance party is coming to Jollywood Nights! You can join Joy, Frozone, Edna Mode, and other Pixar pals on the dance floor.

Returning to the party is the Holiday Fiesta en la Calle, which brings the energy of a Latin street fair to life in its new location at Animation Courtyard. Also joining the festivities this year are José Carioca and Panchito from The Three Caballeros!
The Tip Top Club and the Hollywood Brown Derby
The glamorous Twilight Soirée inside The Tip Top Club at The Hollywood Tower Hotel is coming back to Jollywood Nights this year! You’ll be transported back to the golden age of Hollywood with swanky music, vintage cocktails, and an air of mystery.

Jazzy Holidays is also returning to the Hollywood Brown Derby this year! There will be live piano playing and seasonal bites that create a cozy atmosphere, perfectly complementing the magic of the holidays.

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! at a New Time
“Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” is returning to the party, taking you on a festive journey to the North Pole with the elves from Prep & Landing. Last year, this happened at the very end of the night, but this year the show will happen at 10PM!

This show takes place at The Chinese Theater and shows moments from Disney holiday favorites like Pluto’s Christmas Tree, Mickey’s Christmas Carol, and Beauty and the Beast as it leads up to the sparkling finale.
Season’s Eatings
Disney has revealed some of the food that will be at the event! The Chicken Empanadas with Street Corn, Meatball and Polenta, and the Christmas Gertie Cookie are confirmed to be returning. They said a full foodie guide will be released soon.

We also found out that you get a NEW party favor this year — as you exit the event, you’ll get six champagne-flavored Wondermade marshmallows in a Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy themed box!
Dashing Through the Queues
This is a limited-capacity event, which means the wait times for rides are usually pretty short! You can go on rides like Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and many more!

New Merchandise
Disney also shared that Ollie, Hollywood’s most dapper gingerbread man, will have a FULL collection of merchandise exclusive to the party this year, from apparel and accessories to home décor and collectibles!
