Iain Armitage Visits Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and Shows Off His Galactic Knowledge
Iain Armitage may be best known for playing Sheldon Cooper in The Big Bang Theory spinoff Young Sheldon, but it turns out the actor also knows a thing or two about Star Wars.
Armitage was recently surprised by his family with a trip to Walt Disney World, where he got to visit Star War: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
While in Batuu, the young actor rode Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and was understandably impressed by what he saw.

In a new video shared by Disney, Armitage is shown riding the E-ticket attraction. He even quipped, “Typical Stormtrooper aim,” as blasters fired around him.
After escaping capture by the First Order, the actor gave his final verdict on the attraction.

“This was insane. I loved it so much,” he said. “And we’re so lucky to be here. I’m a member of the Resistance now.”
A ‘Star Wars’ Expert
In addition to exploring Batuu, Armitage also sat down with Disney to show off his Star Wars knowledge. The actor showed an impressive understanding of the setting, backstory, and intricacies of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge as he zipped through a series of questions.

Clearly a fan of the franchise, it was great to see Armitage enjoy his time at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. As you can tell, the land is a must-visit for any fan of the galaxy far, far away.
