This Joffrey’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Latte is Missing Something 🤔
Good morning from EPCOT, everyone!
Have you heard the news? The 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is finally underway!
With so much delicious food, thrilling entertainment, must-have merchandise, and more to explore, the prospect of a day at the festival sure does get our hearts racing. And what could match this ever-exciting energy, than a punchy caffeine kick from our favorite Walt Disney World-based brewers?
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company
Yes, they’ve done it again! The fan-favorite Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company has once again been busy at the brewing stations, concocting a series of inventive new drinks to serve exclusively at this year’s Food & Wine Festival.
Right now, our reporters are over by their booth location inside the American Adventure pavilion, where a sweet new flavor of coffee sounds worth trekking all across the World Showcase for.
Let’s go check it out!
Coconut Banana Cream Pie Latte
How incredible does this sound? It’s the brand-new Coconut Banana Cream Pie Latte, now being served exclusively at this EPCOT Joffrey’s location.
Billed as a “comforting” blend of espresso and milk with tropical-sounding coconut syrup and banana syrup, this latte is served garnished with a mountain of whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
Is it a coffee? A dessert? A vacation in a cup? We think it sounds like all of the above!
This latte was delicious, but we were a little sad that the predominant flavor was coconut — with very little banana flavor to be found. Overall, we did enjoy the taste of the coconut!
Oddly, we noticed that the toasted coconut pieces got a little soggy and stringy toward the bottom of the drink, so keep that in mind if texture is an issue for you.
Although we didn’t get a lot of banana, we found the coconut and espresso to be a tasty combo. But if you’re hoping for a stronger banana flavor, you should probably skip this.
In case you want to go even more extra, we’re excited to read that Joffrey’s is also offering an alcoholic variation of this drink. Spiked with Baileys Original Irish Cream, we’re sure this punchy version will really have you dancing!
More Festival Joffrey’s
Don’t forget, there’s even more delicious Joffrey’s to enjoy at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival this year! Each of the four Joffrey’s locations are offering something different, designed to suit everyone’s tea and coffee tastes.
