During the festival, the Funnel Cake Stand is offering:
- Tiramisù Funnel Cake with vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate rum sauce and cream cheese whipped cream and dusted with cocoa and espresso powder (New)

Of course, we had to give it a try! But, to be transparent, we went in a little pessimistic–tiramisu isn’t usually our thing.

And boy, were we shocked by how much we loved it! The ice cream was paired perfectly with the chocolate rum sauce. The cream cheese whipped cream wasn’t overpoweringly sweet, as it can often be. And the dusted cocoa and espresso powder–while being the smallest piece of the dessert–somehow came out on-top, serving as the best part of the entire funnel cake.

Subtle, flavorful, and $12. We can’t say enough good things about the dessert that turned us into tiramisù (funnel cake) fans!
