Of course, we couldn’t possibly try it all (in one sitting), so today we’re only getting the Fruited Sour and Sparkling Wine and the Emile’s Fromage Montage Participation Prize!

The participation prize for Emile’s Fromage Montage is a Blueberry and Vanilla Cheesecake in a stemless wine glass! You guys–why is this not a regular menu item?! It’s delicious!

To wash it down, we got the Fruited Sour and Sparkling Wine Cocktail for $9. They’re not kidding when they call it sour–it’s very tart. However, there was a bit of sweet flavor in the mix. We’re not sure if we’d get it again, but fans of sour sips would like this one!
