Earth Eats
If you’re in the mood for an earthy, hearty dish, make sure to stop by Earth Eats. You’ll find the booth near The Land pavilion in the World Nature neighborhood of the park.
Earth Eats features two NEW food items and two beverages, including the Harken Wines Barrel Fermented Chardonnay, which is new to the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival this year.
The NEW food options include one intriguing hearty snack (the Red Wine Braised Short Rib with goat cheese polenta, puttanesca sauce, shaved pecorino, and petit herbs) and a new sweet treat (the Lemon Poppy Seed Cake with lemon icing).

Review
We’ll start our culinary tour with the Red Wine-braised Beef Short Ribs.
As you can see, the entree looks delicious. But does it taste as good as it looks?
I am happy to report that it does! The short ribs are very tender and almost fall apart in your mouth. They are full of flavor!
Meanwhile, the pecorino and puttanesca sauce could be a meal until themselves.
The Lemon Poppy Seed Cake is also a delight. The cake itself is soft, while the lemon adds a fruity flavor without being too tart. Finally, the icing is sweet and smooth.
Altogether, the ingredients make for the perfect dessert!
Don’t Miss Out!
