Join Us for the Opening Night of Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney California Adventure
Halloween has officially arrived at Disneyland! We attended the first Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney California Adventure and had a fantastic time.
This family-friendly, frightfully fun after-hours event is filled with the perfect tricks and treats, including Halloween-themed entertainment, immersive treat trails, spellbinding attractions, and more.

Party Info
This magical and spooky Disney Halloween Party is held at Disney California Adventure from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM on select nights from August 25 through October 31, 2024. The event is so popular that all nights are sold out.
The ticket to this event also includes admission to Disney California Adventure as early as 3:00 PM—that’s 3 hours before the party begins!
Check-In
We arrived at the bash along with the lines of crowded and eager guests!
Yesterday, the guests for Oogie Boogie Bash lined up at the DCA gates an hour before they opened, and the lines extended across the esplanade to the Disneyland gates!
The Mix-in starts at 3pm and in-park guests can check in near the entrance of the Avengers Campus. Themed signs directed us to where we could pick up our wristbands, a map, and a trick-or-treat bag.
Trick-or-Treat Trails
Getting candy is just part of the fun! The map highlighted all of the trick-or-treat trails, where guests can indulge in their favorite sweets and meet the Disney villains!
Trick-or-treat trails feature an assortment of candies, including M&M’S®, SKITTLES®, SNICKERS®, and more.
The map also outlines the tasty menu items exclusive to the event and where you can get the popular Minnie Mouse: Hocus Pocus Halloween Dress-Up Sipper.

Characters, Entertainment, and More!
Oogie Boogie Bash offers fantastic live entertainment and a nightly Frightfully Fun Parade featuring your Disney faves ready for Halloween fun!
This is also the time to meet your favorite Disney Villains, like Ernesto de la Cruz! The villains appear along the trick-or-treat trails and onstage!
Daisy, Minnie, and Clarabelle are dressed as the Sanderson Sisters and are located in Soundstage 12.
We also spotted Dr. Doofenshmirtz!
This is his first-ever appearance at the Oogie Boogie Bash!
And look who else is appearing for the first time!

Agatha Harkness was also spotted and she appeared in a NEW look in the Avengers Campus!
