ICONIC DISNEY SNACKS: Ronto Wrap from Ronto Roasters & Docking Bay 7
Disney World loves to release fun limited-time food items that can be a little quirky. But, they really shine with their staples that have become popular with fans over the years, like Dole Whip and the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls.
We’ve been trying out some of the most popular items to see if they’re still as good as everyone says, and now it’s time to check one out over in Hollywood Studios!
Ronto Wrap
Let’s head on over to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge for the super popular Ronto Wrap!
The Ronto Wrap consists of roasted pork, grilled pork sausage, peppercorn sauce, and tangy slaw wrapped in pita bread for $13.29. This is available at Ronto Roasters from 9AM to 3PM, and after 3PM, you can get it at Docking Bay 7, which is right next door.
This is basically like a very fancy hot dog situation and it’s been a popular snack ever since it debuted in Galaxy’s Edge. There’s also a breakfast version (the Ronto Morning Wrap), a plant-based breakfast version (the Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap), and a plant-based lunch option (the Zuchii Wrap).
But, the Ronto Wrap is the classic original and the most popular. So, let’s see if it still holds up to our expectations!
The pork sausage has a great flavor to it, it’s cooked well, with a nice char on the outside.
The pita bread is warm and soft — it tasted fresh to us!
The pork can be a bit dry, but the slaw and sauce completely make up for it. The slaw is tangy and the sauce is slightly peppery and creamy.
This is popular for a reason! It’s one of our favorite things to eat in Hollywood Studios — we highly recommend it if you’re looking for a savory food option!
