The Mandalorian and Grogu are Coming to Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run!
We have just found out SO much Disney Parks news during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event tonight! New lands are coming to Disney World and Disneyland, which include exciting new rides and experiences.
And, we also found out about a new experience coming to an existing Star Wars ride!
Mandalorian Coming to the Millennium Falcon
A NEW story featuring Mando and Grogu is coming to Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in the Disney Parks! This will be part of the ride in both Disneyland and Disney World.
Star Wars creative executive Dave Filoni explained that the Lucasfilm team uses Epic’s Unreal Engine to create some of the virtual sets for The Mandalorian. Now, because of the expanded partnership between Disney and Epic Games, Epic’s Unreal Engine will assist in bringing Mando and Grogu to the ride!

“The intersection of storytelling and innovation has always been central to Lucasfilm and we’re excited to see where this collaboration will take us next. Just imagine it: you’ll be able to fly alongside Mando and Grogu on thrilling, and dangerous, missions,” said Filoni during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event today.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
