BREAKING: Villains Land Confirmed For Magic Kingdom
After years of speculation, I am beyond excited to announce that at tonight’s D23 Parks panel, it was just confirmed that a Villains Land is coming to Magic Kingdom!

During the Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Josh D’Amaro announced the new land, saying, “happily ever after may feel like just a distant dream.”
What does that mean, exactly, though? It means you never know what you will experience upon entering Villains Land. It means to be prepared for darkness and chaos.
Per Disney, “The new land will encompass all your dreams- er, nightmares. The space will be home to two major attractions, dining and shopping, on an incredibly twisted grand scale. ‘Be prepared, you poor unfortunate souls,’ Josh teased. ‘It’s going to be a fearless new vision for what a Disney experience can be.'”
While more details and an opening timeline are yet to come, we do know that construction has already started, and permits should be coming soon. Stay tuned!
