Let’s take a look at the staterooms that will be available on the new ship!
Disney Destiny Staterooms
The staterooms aboard the Disney Destiny have been created with families in mind. They are decorated in a fresh, natural color scheme and have artwork showing some epic journeys of Disney legends, like the heroes and villains you’ll find across the ship.
Most staterooms on the ship will have Disney Cruise Line’s signature split-bath concept, which will let more than one person get ready at a time. Many will also offer the option of a connecting door between staterooms for larger groups.

Concierge guests on the Disney Destiny will have a premium level of dedicated service as well as access to exclusive areas and amenities, like a concierge lounge and a private sun deck. Several of these rooms will be themed to Disney’s Fantasia with elegant, watercolor-style artwork showing the rich color palette and otherworldly spectacle of the film.

Among the concierge staterooms and suites, there will be four royal suites inspired by Hercules. They’ll have Greco-Roman-inspired design elements, colors, and patterns.

Disney Destiny at Port Everglades
We also learned that the Disney Destiny will sail out of Port Everglades instead of Port Canaveral, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

The 4,000-passenger vessel will start sailing in December 2025. It will actually be the second time a Disney ship begins its first journey outside of Port Canaveral — the Disney Adventure will set to sail in 2025 out of Singapore.

Disney Cruise Line began sailing out of Port Everglades in 2023 with their ships the Disney Magic and Disney Dream. It also became the first for the cruise line to have regular visits to Disney’s newest private island location, Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.

More first details of the ship were announced today, including news about a restaurant themed to The Lion King and a candy store themed to The Incredibles — read more about those right here.
