It takes a village to keep Disneyland Resort the magical place it is–and that’s putting it lightly. While the resort is open to guests, park-goers can witness Cast Members working hard…but there’s also quite a bit of work that goes unseen.

While the park is closed and everyone is sleeping, third shift Cast Members work diligently to get the resort ready for another day of operations. And while their work may not be seen by guests, Disney found a way to honor their hard work behind the scenes!
Third Shift Celebration
Ken Potrock, President of the Disneyland Resort, took to LinkedIn to share this year’s Third Shift Celebration. The party honors Cast Members in the third shift, who work hard to get the resort ready for another day of magic.
