Country Bear Musical Jamboree Preview
The new Country Bear Musical Jamboree includes easter eggs from the beginning to the end, including a familiar tune, as well as new, reinterpreted Disney tunes in different genres of country music. The genres you will hear include bluegrass, pop-country, Americana, rockabilly, and more.
Here’s the new marquee!
There’s lots of new signage, like this attractions poster…
…this sign featuring glowing reviews from critics…
…and this sign that will display the attraction’s times once it opens.

…and Wendell too! They’re wearing their new costumes.
Let’s go inside!
In the waiting room for the show, you’ll find a museum featuring our favorite bears.
There’s all kinds of punny displays, like this bear takeover of popular magazines.
Here’s another look:
Check out all these letters inside the case!
Everything in these cases and on display is new, so make sure you take a look while you’re waiting!
You’ll even see stuff like a newspaper from when Grizzly Hall originally opened according to the story — which was Octobear 1898.
If you’re a big fan of the original Country Bear Jamboree, this will probably be pretty interesting to you!
There are also framed portraits of the bears all around the room.
Here’s some more!
Okay, now let’s go into the show!
Here’s what you’ll see on stage while you’re waiting for the show to start.
The show began and we got to hear all of the new music and songs, as well as see the new costumes!
Emily Ann Roberts, an up-and-coming artist and a finalist on NBC’s The Voice, recorded her country take on “Try Everything” from Disney’s Zootopia. This is sung by Trixie…
…with the help of Bunny, Bubbles and Beulah.
Singer-songwriter Allison Russell has joined forces with musician Chris Thile to be the new voice of Wendell and Teddi Barra during their rendition of “A Whole New World.”
We also got to hear “Remember Me” from Coco with Big Al…
…and “You’ve Got A Friend In Me” from Toy Story!
Country Music Star Mac McAnally helped create an updated version of “The Bare Necessities” from The Jungle Book for the show.
All of the bears come together to sing this one!

And, don’t worry, the talking heads on the wall are still a part of the show!
The new costumes are super fun!

After we saw the show, Disney kindly gave us a signed lithograph!
On the back, it has the full setlist for the show.
And, we got this fun guitar pick…
…which has the opening date on it!
