These New Disney World Treats Should Win the “Most Photogenic” Award
One of the best things about Disney World is all the treats!

Over the Bayou Cake Bar
Recently, we’ve tried the Over the Bayou Cake Bar at Amorette’s Patisserie and the Orange Bird Cone from Swirls in the Water, and now we’re back with two more new treats at Gasparilla Island Grill in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!

Mickey Chocolate Choux
First up is the Mickey Chocolate Choux, which is ADORABLE.

Mickey Chocolate Choux
This treat is made with chocolate pâte à choux filled with chocolate chantilly cream for $6.79.
For reference, choux is a light pastry made with eggs, butter, water, and flour.

Mickey Chocolate Choux
Despite how it looks, it was not crunchy on the outside. It was actually very soft!

Mickey Chocolate Choux
In terms of taste, it was light and not very rich, and the filling was just sweet enough with a touch of chocolate.

Mickey Chocolate Choux
Overall, we really enjoyed it — and it takes a great photo!

Marshmallow-Pecan Brownie
Next up is the Marshmallow-Pecan Brownie!

Marshmallow-Pecan Brownie
The Marshmallow-Pecan Brownie is a chocolate brownie filled with sugared pecans and caramel sauce topped with chocolate ganache and toasted marshmallows for $5.29.

Marshmallow-Pecan Brownie
Okay, this treat is NOT for the faint of heart. This is for the BIG chocolate lovers out there.
It was very very rich, complete with a layer of pecan glaze in between the icing and the brownie.

Marshmallow-Pecan Brownie
The brownie itself was light and moist, and we loved the ganache and mini marshmallows on top.

Marshmallow-Pecan Brownie
Overall, it was absolutely delicious, but we would advise those of you who are ambivalent about chocolate to steer clear.

Head to Gasparilla Island Grill to give either (or both!) of these treats a try!
