It feels like FOREVER since Splash Mountain closed its doors in Magic Kingdom, kicking off a lengthy — and breathtaking — transformation into what is now Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

It’s been a long haul over the past year (and a VAST test of patience) as we watched ongoing construction on the attraction’s exterior, spotted testing in Magic Kingdom, and gobbled up EVERY LAST BIT of information Disney dropped about the attraction.

Over the past few weeks, select Magic Kingdom guests have scored an exciting sneak preview of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
Disney Cast Members, celebrities, and our very own MickeyBlog reporters have all had a chance to ride Magic Kingdom’s newest attraction. In fact, you can check our full review of the ride RIGHT HERE!

But if you’ve been waiting for YOUR chance to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, TODAY IS THE DAY!
As expected, today’s grand opening garnered long lines and plenty of crowds.

If you’re hoping to ride, you can join the free Virtual Queue through your MyDisneyExperience app or by purchasing Genie+ for Lightning Lane access. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure does not offer a standby line at this time.
