Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Experiences a Delayed Opening on the First Day of Annual Passholder Previews
If you are a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, then you know that today is the big day!
After months of waiting, today is the first day of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Annual Passholder previews at the Magic Kingdom.
That’s right! Those lucky Annual Passholders who were able to score park pass reservations and join the virtual queue this morning are finally getting their chance to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Or, at least, they will at some point.
Technical Difficulties in Frontierland
When we arrived in Frontierland this morning, we were greeted by a wall of Cast Members just past Grizzly Hall.
There, we were informed that Frontierland was experiencing technical difficulties and that the openings of both Tian’s Bayou Adventure and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad were being delayed.
Here is another look at the scene.
Eventually, we were allowed to go queue in front of the closed attractions.
Luckily, it looks like everything will be up and running soon. As of this writing,Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is currently operating, though Tiana’s Bayou Adventure remains closed.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Virtual Queue Closes
By 9:00 AM this morning, the Annual Passholder virtual queue for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure was also closed. It is unclear at this time if the queue was shut off because of the technical difficulties in Forntierland or if it had simply filled up.
Hopefully, Frontierland will open soon, and Annual Passholders will get a chance to plunge into the bayou with Tiana today.
