We Just Ate a PB&J Cake in Disney World, and It Was Amazing
It’s almost time to see Pixar’s Inside Out 2 in theaters — it releases on June 14th! Disney World has been celebrating by offering a sneak peek at the movie as well as a special meet and greet with Joy in Hollywood Studios.
And now, there’s a new treat you can grab to celebrate the movie!
Inside Out 2 Petit Cake
This is the new Inside Out 2 Petit Cake from Amorette’s Patisserie!
It’s layers of vanilla chiffon, peanut butter mousse, and strawberry jam, with crushed peanuts and crispy pearls for $22.
First, can we just take a minute to admire the decorations on the outside of this cake? It’s so colorful!
Now, let’s dig in.
This cake tastes almost exactly like if you made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but with a very soft Chantilly vanilla cake. It’s AMAZING.
There is a slight sweetness, and you get the jam and peanut butter along with the crunchy pieces of peanuts all at once since they share the same layers.
This is a super unique dessert and a bit more interesting than the usual petit cakes over here.
It even LOOKS like a PB&J when you cut into it!
We definitely recommend grabbing it while you can — you can always split it with someone if you don’t want the whole thing!
