All About the Rooms
Once open, the new 10-story tower will offer several room types filled with original artworks inspired by the Polynesian islands, focusing on earth, water, wind, and sky.
Like rooms in the main section of the Polynesian Village Resort, the rooms will also feature custom pieces inspired by the hit movie Moana.
And just like all Disney Vacation Club Resorts, all rooms in the new Island Tower will feature amenities to make you feel like you are at home.
Rooms for a Duo
The new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Resort will offer Duo Studios that are perfect for travel parties with just two guests and also offer a kitchenette.
Deluxe Studios for Four
Inspired by the lush flora and fauna of the Polynesian Islands, the deluxe studios in the Island Tower at the Polynesian will boast a first for Disney Vacation Club Deluxe Studios — a dishwasher!
In addition, these Studios will feature a new layout from other DVC properties and include a kitchenette and seating area.
1- & 2-Bedroom Villas for the Entire Family
The Island Tower at the Polynesian will offer 1- and 2-bedroom Villas for larger families.
The 1-bedroom Villas will sleep up to five guests while the 2-bedroom Villas will sleep up to 9-guests.
The artwork in these Villas will share the journey of a seafaring voyager while on land and under the sea.
Regarding amenities, both the 1- and 2-bedroom Villas will offer guests full-size appliances, a dining area, a washer and dryer, and an outside patio.
NEW 2-Bedroom Penthouse Villas
Now, here is what I am excited about the most: NEW 2-bedroom Penthouse Villas!
For the first time in DVC history, the Island Tower at the Polynesian will boast two-bedroom Penthouse Villas. These villas, designed to offer a calming balance between water and land, will sleep up to eight guests.
In addition to an amazing view of the Seven Seas Lagoon and the Magic Kingdom from an oversized balcony, the Penthouse Villas will also include a large living room.
