New Pride Dome Cake is a Dream Dessert at Magic Kingdom
It’s Pride Month here at Disney World, marking the start of one of the most beautiful commemorative seasons here in the parks.
Everywhere you look there’s color, celebrations, and magic… and quite a few rainbow treats to be snacked upon, too!

Today, our MickeyBloggers are starting their morning over at the Magic Kingdom, where a new rainbow dessert has just popped up on the menu right here on Main Street, U.S.A.

Of course, we had to try it out, and we thought we’d bring you along for the adventure too. Keep reading if you’re hungry for something fruity, sweet, and celebratory…as we’ve got a feeling you’re going to like this treat a lot!

We’re here at Main Street Bakery, where the morning-time smell of coffee is buzzing alongside the excitement for the newest dessert to crop up on the menu this month.
It’s this Pride Dome treat — a colorful, Mickey Mouse-magical dessert sure to brighten up any snack time here in Magic Kingdom!

According to the colorful signage on the counter — adorned with rainbow Mickeys and that “Share Your Pride” logo — this treat is a beautiful mashup of all the flavors we love best.
It’s described as a dark chocolate and strawberry mousse, sat atop a flowerless (although we think they meant “flourless”??) chocolate cake and topped with rainbow glaçage.

To save you the trip to Google, “glaçage” is just another word for “frosting!”

As you can see from the beautiful photos snapped by our MickeyBlog reporters, this adorable dessert couldn’t be more perfectly suited for a Magic Kingdom Pride celebration.
The dome is covered with drizzles of rainbow frosting, and the cutest chocolate Mickey Mouse decoration is tucked sweetly on the front.

It was our MickeyBlogger Jared who tried this out for us this morning, and we’re pleased to share that he had nothing but positive words to say about the treat.
Not only was the colorful snack ever so cute and photogenic, but it was also a delicious bite he wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We know by now that Disney knows how to do mousses right, and this particular dessert was light and fluffy and complimented the airy, flourless cake beautifully.
Especially for a hot June day in Orlando, this kind of dessert is sure to hit the mark!

Better yet, Jared also commented that the dark chocolate worked perfectly with the strawberry, creating the most gorgeous mousse marriage of rich and fruity!
