Disneyland is Seeking ‘Encanto’ Character Look-Alikes

A new Disneyland casting call was just announced, and Disney Live Entertainment is seeking character look-alike roles for Isabela and Luisa from “Encanto.”

Seasonal Character Role 

According to the Disney Auditions Page, Disney Live Entertainment is seeking seasonal candidates for the Character Look-Alike roles of Isabella and Luisa.

These characters appear each day at meet-and-greets, sign autographs, pose for pictures, and help to create magical moments with guests of all ages.

Note that if you are interested in this role, there is a two-step process. Candidates must submit and check in to the audition to be considered prior to Sunday, June 30th. Please visit Disney Careers for additional details and to create your profile.

Candidates will be contacted by Talent Casting should they be selected to move on to an in-person callback.

For these roles, candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

The position requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.  

The Cast Member pay rate for this role in California is $24.15 per hour, with the opportunity to earn a $4.75 per hour premium for any hours onstage as a Look-Alike.
