Disneyland Announces Opening Date for the Pixar Place Hotel Creators Club & New Pixar Speaking Series
Since re-opening in January of this year, the re-imagined Pixar Place Hotel has wowed guests with its character, amenities, and attention to detail. Now, the resort is about get yet another upgrade.
On May 24, 2024, the Creators Club will open club-level guests on May 24.
The new space is the result of the collaboration between Walt Disney Imagineering and Pixar and will have concept art, maquettes, a ride vehicle from Jessie’s Critter Carousel at Dsiney’s California Adventure, and even a repurposed light fixture from “A Bug’s Land.”

Additionally, the new lounge will have a continental breakfast and wine and cheese reception. It will also offer alcoholic beverages, snacks, and desserts in the evening. Finally, it will also have a dedicated concierge ready to assist guests in any way.
Pixar Fest Speaking Series
As part of the Pixar Fest celebration, the Pixar Place Hotel is also gearing up to host a series of talks by some of the driving creative forces at Pixar.

The free lecture series will bring guests face-to-face with the men and women who have helped bring Pixar’s films to life. On select dates, the Pixar Place Hotel will host:
- May 25 – Peter Sohn (The Good Dragon, Elemental)
- June 20 – Maurissa Horwitz (Inside Out 2)
- July 13 – Roger Gould (Creative Director, Theme Parks)
