Joy’s Former Meet-and-Greet Location at EPCOT is Now a Photo Op
If you are visiting EPCOT today, you may want to stop by the Imagination! Pavilion. Though you can no longer take photos and meet with Inside Out‘s Joy, you can still take advantage of an awesome photo op space.
Joy’s former meet-and-greet location is brightly lit today and now acting as a photo backdrop.
The friendly Cast Members confirmed that they will (probably) keep the lights on in the area for now.

If you are an EPCOT fan, there is a good chance you have gotten a fun photo in the Imagination! Pavilion.

The colorful location has been home to Figment, Ralph, Vanellope, and most recently, Joy from Disney’s Inside Out.

We reported yesterday that on a recent visit to EPCOT, Joy’s usual meet-and-greet was dark, empty, and appeared closed to guests.

Joy is no longer listed on signage outside of the pavilion. She is also removed from EPCOT’s list of character meet-and-greets in the My Disney Experience app and Walt Disney World website.

However, as you can see today, the former meet-and-greet spot is lit up once again and open to guests.

The location now serves as a fun photo for guests visiting the park. Get ready to smile and pose! The bright colors and vibrant background make this a perfect photo spot.
New Photo Op
If you still want to meet Joy, be sure to head over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where she will be taking photos and meeting her fans at Pixar Plaza starting June 10.
