Disney Teases a Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Special Announcement During American Idol’s Disney Night Tonight!
In case you haven’t heard, tonight is Disney Night on American Idol, and we could not be more excited.
The night will kick off with Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Ryan Secrest celebrating fun and friendship at Disneyland Resort in California for Pixar Fest.

The Top 5 hopefuls, meanwhile, will fly to Walt Disney World in Florida to make some magical memories and perhaps get some inspiration for their Disney Night performances. During their stay, they resided at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge!
A Little Disney Magic
While there, the contestants got to experience all the attractions, characters, snacks, and souvenirs that Disney World has to offer. It was a magical time for everyone.

As a special Mother’s Day surprise, the constants were also surprised by their own mothers, who had made the trip to Florida. If that wasn’t exciting enough, they recieved a personalized coaching session from guest mentor Kane Brown, who met with the contestants at EPCOT!
Jennifer Lewis Will Perform Tonight
As part of the Disney Night festivities, American Idol is promising that Jenifer Lewis, who provides the voice of Mama Odie in both The Princess and the Frog as well as the upcoming Tiana’s Bayou Adventure attraction, is set to grace the stage for a special performance of “Dig a Little Deeper.” She will accompanied by eight-time Grammy winner Terrance Blanchard. It will be a performance that you don’t want to miss!

Speaking of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Disney is teasing that a very special announcement related to the attraction will be announced during tonight’s episode of American Idol. Perhaps we will finally get an official opening date?
