First Look: Let’s Indulge at Cuisine Classique
Hello Disney friends! Are you following along with us for the first day of the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts? The fun and treats have just begun and we are sharing all of the excitement with you.

We are bringing you a first look at all of the offerings at this year’s festival, and this next booth has some exciting options! Let’s indulge at Cuisine Classique.
Cuisine Classique
Cuisine Classique is located in World Discovery between Test Track and Creations Shop. This booth has some returning eats and NEW sips to experience.
Food items that are back are the Beef Wellington for $8.75 and the Cast Iron-roasted P.E.I. Mussels for $8. These items were previously at Craftsman’s Courtyard.
The booth also has some new beverages! You can get the Gulf Stream Brewing Company Sum of All Colors IPA at $5.75 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz. and the Tesselaarsdal Pinot Noir for $11.
Our team first tried the Beef Wellington, which is has mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and puff pastry with red wine demi-glace. Right away they could see that the beef was overcooked, but luckily, the sauce saves this!
The herb mashed potatoes taste like classic potatoes that are well seasoned and garnished with carrots and a baby onion.

Up next, let’s check out the mussels! These are cast iron-roasted P.E.I. mussels with sautéed tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs.
Our team liked the mussels, saying they had great flavor and a delicious tomato broth. It comes with 10 mussels and we thought they were pretty decent in quality!
The crispy toast was buttered, salted, and grilled, and it was delicious. This was a definite favorite for our team!
