Your First Look at the 2 NEW Villains at Disney’s Oogie Boogie Bash!
Oogie Boogie has officially returned to Disney California Adventure, and his spooky celebration is about to begin. Are you ready for the Oogie Boogie man?
Oogie Boogie is Back!
Well — we definitely are, which is why we’re so excited that his party–the Oogie Boogie Bash–starts today! The party is sure to be full of spooks, event-exclusive offerings, and of course — villains! And speaking of, let’s take a look at the two new villains you can see at this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash!
Judge Doom
After Disney teased us with the debut of Judge Doom at this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash, we finally get to see him! In case you’re unfamiliar with the character, Judge Doom is the cruel judge of Toontown in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, who takes an…unconventional approach to dealing with crime.
Judge Doom made his party debut at the Cast Member preview of the Oogie Boogie Bash, wearing his signature look. TikTok user, @hayleyepperson, posted a video of his treat trail — check it out:

He’s shown hanging out in front of a brick building, with a barrel of Dip ready to go. And that barrel isn’t just a decoration — he uses it to “take care” of a cartoon shoe. Just like he does in the movie…talk about scary. Oh, and whatever you do, do not let him know how close he is to Toontown!
Robert Callaghan (Yokai)
The other villain Disney teased was Robert Callaghan (Yokai) from Big Hero 6. Professor Robert Callaghan was introduced to audiences as a mentor, who’s eventually revealed to be the movie’s villain — Yokai.
The timing of his debut is impeccable, as San Fransokyo Square just opened in the park! TikTok user, @hayleyepperson, also provided a peek at this villain:

He stands in front of some Krei Tech Industries banners. And, naturally, he can be found in San Fransokyo Square!
Oogie Boogie Bash
You can find both of these villains (and many more) at this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash in Disney California Adventure! The party takes place on select nights from September 5 through October 31. If you haven’t already bought tickets, you’ll unfortunately miss out on this year’s party, as all event dates are sold out.

The party occurs from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and the mix-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you’ve already secured your tickets, we hope you have a great time at Oogie Boogie’s spook-tacular party!
