Continuing Pandora’s Story
Avatar: The Way of Water continued to tell the story of Na’vi Jake Sully and Neytiri. Now with a family of thier own, the couple is threatned by a renewed human attack. To escape, they seek refuge with the acquatic Mtetkayina clan of Pandora.

A sequel thirteen years in the making, Avatar: The Way of Water managed to exceede lofty expecations and become the thrid-highest-grossing film of all time. The success of the movie has also set into motion James Cameron’s plans for three more Avatar sequels.
Where To Stream Avatar: The Way Of Water
Unlike other Disney theatrical releases, Avatar: The Way of Water has arrived on both Disney+ and Max (formelly known as HBO Max). That’s right, the film is available on not just one, but two streaming services simultaneously!
This distinctive release strategy can be traced back to the time when 20th Century Fox was still an independent studio. During that period, Disney and WarnerMedia reached an agreement to share streaming rights for all movies produced by 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures.

Although Disney has since acquired both studios from Fox, the original deal remains in effect.
However, it’s important to note that the agreement between Disney and WarnerMedia concluded in 2022. This means that The Way of Water will likely be the last movie to receive a dual streaming release.
