New Pride Mousse Dome is a Delicious Dessert for June at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Now we’re in June, our MickeyBloggers have been on the most magical safari around Walt Disney World, hunting down all the best, brightest, and most beautiful experiences exclusive to Pride Month!

Of course, you can never have a safari without visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom, which is the next stop on our tasty treat adventure. Our reporter Jared has stopped off at one of our favorite bakeries inside the park, to try an eye-catching, limited-edition new dessert, that is sure doing a delicious job of promoting Pride awareness.

As it says on the label, this here is the Pride Mousse Dome, which is new on the menu for Pride Month at Creature Comforts in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We’re already impressed with just the appearance of this treat, so can’t wait to take a bite and see what’s inside!
According to the menu, this fancy item consists of a lemon chiffon cake, topped with a raspberry-lemonade mousse. A white chocolate glaze and sprinkling of crispy pearls finish the look, not forgetting two white chocolate mouse ears perched on top!
Most notably, the soft pink, blue, and white shades of this cake have been specifically chosen to represent the colors on the Transgender Flag. We love this beautiful nod to the flag, especially seeing it in such a sweet way at Disney!
We’ll cut straight to the chase here, as we’re so happy to confirm that Jared found this treat absolutely delicious. It was primarily lemon-based in flavor with a subtle hint of rasberry, making this a perfect treat for dessert lovers who may be less-keen on chocolatey items.
We’d certainly recommend this mousse to guests, and would also happily order it again!
