FIRST LOOK: Pride Mousse Cake at Contempo Cafe
There are so many incredible treats that have been unveiled by Disney for PRIDE Month that we feel positively spoiled for choice! Our MickeyBlogger popped over to Contempo Cafe at Disney’s Contemporary Resort to sample one of these goodies, the new Pride Mousse Cake!
The colors on this dessert are absolutely gorgeous!
Inside the dome, you’ll find fluffy sprinkle cake!
Passion Fruit Mousse in the center keeps this goodie wonderfully moist.
Strawberry Crunch gives the PRIDE Mousse Cake a bit of extra texture.
The entire cake is then topped with a Purple Glitter Mirror Glaze
The outside is also adorned with colored sprinkles
A red fondant band also stretches around the exterior,
The base also features a white chocolate coin with a rainbow Mickey Mouse icon in the center.
The PRIDE Mousse Cake will only be available during the month of June so be sure to pick one up during your next Disney visit!
Again, we found this beauty at the Contempo Cafe which is located in the main atrium of Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
