Single Rider Line Returns to Disneyland’s Soarin’ Around the World
Single Rider lines are a huge time saver at the Disneyland Resort, boasting faster wait times for highly popular attractions, at no cost. That being said, we’re happy to report that the Single Rider line has returned to Soarin’ Around the World!
Soarin’ Around the World
This is welcome news as the attraction is almost always affected by long lines! Located in Grizzly Peak at Disney California Adventure, the ride mirrors the one found at Disney World, except for its ending.
Soarin’ Around the World DCA
Disneyland’s version concludes at Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Park, while Disney World’s ends at Spaceship Earth in EPCOT. Tinkerbell sprinkles her magic as fireworks color the sky in an epic finale that typically draws applause.
Disneyland’s Single Rider Lines
With the addition of Soarin’ Around the World, California Adventure now offers six rides with a Single Rider line option. Included are: Goofy’s Sky School, Incredicoaster, Radiator Springs Racers, Grizzly River Run, and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.

Guests can take advantage of the Single Rider line at three of Disneyland Park’s attractions as well. Included are Millenium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and Space Mountain.
For those unaware, Single Rider allows you to experience attractions individually, in order to save time. Simply head to the designated queue, and your party will be separated, to fill in unused seats.

It’s a fantastic option, although I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for kids, as they will likely be separated from their parents onboard. My son never felt comfortable utilizing the Single Rider option, until he was much older.
If you’ve never experienced Soarin’ Around the World before, you’re in for a treat! Much like Peter Pan’s Flight in Fantasyland, it’s a fan favorite because you can literally fly!
