Orlando International Airport Travel Tips:
With large crowds expected at Orlando International Airport this week, MCO is also giving passengers a few quick tips for those catching a flight to/from Orlando.
- Reminder: In addition to a driver’s license, other forms of ID can be accepted at airport check-in. This includes military, tribal, passports, and trusted traveler.
- Slip-on shoes and socks are recommended to make the screening process quicker.
- You don’t have to take off your jewelry during screening.
- Remember that any electronics (larger than a cell phone) MUST have their own bin during the screening process.
We also recommend that you give yourselves extra time to get to and from the airport and to check in. Large crowds mean large check-in and TSA lines so be prepared!
