Our MickeyBlogger Ed took time to sample a little bit of everything on the new Farmers Feast Summer Solstice Menu.
First up is a look at the Barbecue Pork Tenderloin. Our MickeyBlogger Ed said that this dish was “AMAZING!” He highlighted that the pork was cooked to perfection and the seasoning and veggies make it the perfect lunchtime or dinner option.
Above is a quick video we took of this savory dish.
Ed also sampled the Tomato and Red Onion Panzanella.
This salad does look absolutely beautiful and is perfect for those wanting a light bite.
We’re told that this dish was really full of fresh flavors and was very light.
The Tomato and Red Onion Panzanella is the perfect dish for those looking for a light lunch.
You can take a look at the stunning array of colorful veggies in the Panzanella above.
Next up is the Lemonade Tea Frozen Cocktail.
According to Ed, this cocktail was really good. However, it was HOT in Florida today and it didn’t stay frozen for long. We’re told that the cocktail wasn’t too boozy and that it was refreshing.
Rounding out the Farmers Feast Summer Solstice Menu is the Sweet Corn Creme Brulee.
I was curious about this dessert as it was giving me definite corn pudding vibes but Ed said it’s “perfection!.” He said that this is a dish he will definitely come back to Farmers Feast for. Ed also advised that the biscotti was the perfect addition and dipping it into the brulee was “food bliss.” His only criticism was that he wished there was at least one more biscotti for dipping!
Don’t miss your chance to sample all of the treats outlined above as part of the new Farmers Feast Summer Solstice Menu now at the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival which runs through July 5, 2023.
