POG Lovers, We Just Found Your New Favorite Disney Treat!
Since Disney World is in Central Florida, it can get VERY hot! Warm temperatures pretty much stick around all year, but they become absolutely sweltering from around this time through the end of summer.

There are a lot of good ways to beat the heat in the parks, though! You can hop on a water ride, pop inside to soak up that sweet AC, or cool down with a frozen snack.

Today, we paid a visit to a gelato stand in Disney World where we discovered a delicious flavor!
POG Gelato
In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there is a gelato cart! It’s located in the Grand Avenue Muppets Courtyard area.
There are several different flavors on the menu, including chocolate, lemon, mango, strawberry, and more. There is also a flavor of the day!
Today’s flavor of the day is P.O.G. — which stands for Passion fruit Orange Guava. This is a popular flavor we’ve seen around Disney World, like for the juice over at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
We of course had to try it, so get got 2 scoops for $8.75! Our MickeyBlogger Miranda said the flavor was absolutely spot on to the classic POG taste.
She loved it and found it delicious in the hot Florida heat! We’re definitely hoping that this flavor either sticks around or pops back up soon.
But, if you aren’t able to find it here, know that you could get POG gelato on the regular menu at Vivoli il Gelato in Disney Springs, earlier this year. And, there is a POG sorbet on the menu right now.
